Sharing Our Message: Srikumar Rao

I met Srikumar Rao at a dinner party hosted by Simon Sinek who gathered a group of like-minded individuals to talk about leadership.

Dr. Rao is a gifted writer, speaker and personal transformation coach. I invited him to see the transformation at Barry-Wehmiller through our commitment to people-centric leadership.

After his visit to our companies in Wisconsin, he shared these thoughts:

I am reflecting on the last two days. I am filled with joy and sadness. Joy because I have seen what is possible, what greatness can emerge when one unshackles the human spirit. Sadness because what should be the ‘normal’ course of things is so, so rare.
