Bridging the B-School Gap: Teaching Leaders to Lead

A recent Gallup poll showed that only 30% of American workers are engaged in their work and workplace.

That means more than two out of every three people feel disconnected from their jobs.

A Maritz Research poll showed that only 12 percent of employees believe their employer genuinely listens to and cares about them. In other words, seven out of eight people go home each day feeling uncared for by their employers.

We’re experiencing a leadership crisis in America.

Meanwhile, our nation’s business schools continue to churn out graduates who are ill-equipped for the leadership roles they will fill.
